Susan Klosterhaus was interviewed by the Washington Post on December 8, 2009 for a story on the trade secret provision in the US Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).The reporter was specifically interested in Susan’s ‘couch story’and how she acquired the Firemaster 550 flame retardant mixture from Chemtura. And how the fact that 17,000 chemicals listed under TSCA as confidential business information impacts our work.
