Ben Satzman is an Environmental Analyst for the Resilient Landscapes Program. Ben received a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies, as well as minors in Sustainable Design and GIS, from the University of California, Berkeley. His undergraduate research projects included large-scale landscape change and planning, historical ecology of Karuk Aboriginal Territory in the Klamath River Basin, and strategizing climate change adaptation in Oakland. Ben will use his interest in and experience with these topics to support Historical Ecology projects at SFEI.
