Saving the Bay

On Thursday, KQED Public Television will premiere the documentary "Saving the Bay: The Story of San Francisco Bay." The four-part series explores the evolution of the bay, including efforts to preserve wetlands, marine life and public access. We talk with the producer of the series and some local environmentalists. Guests include Ron Blatman, executive producer and creator of "Saving the Bay"; David Lewis, executive director of Save the Bay; and Sylvia McLaughlin, co-founder of Save the Bay.
