Step 1) Navigate to "Create Event"

Click the plus icon in the upper left corner. Then, click Create Content. The Create Content page appears. Click Events and Meetings.

Step 2) Fill out these fields and pull-down menus

  • a. Title field:



    The text in this field is what will appear in the event calendar. Include presentation/talk, presenter and location. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.(ex. Ruth Askevold will be presenting at the Association of Pacific Coast Geographers 2010 conference in Coeur D'Alene, ID)
  • b. Date pull-down:

    Enter the date of the presentation

  • c.Body field:

    Ensure that the Show summary in full view check box is checked.

    Copy and paste the following into the Body field, then fill out the information.
