RMP Multi-Year Planning & SC Meeting

The Multi-Year Planning Meeting was held from 9:00 to 12:00 pm on October 15, 2013. The discussion focused on the multi-year plan document's 1) summary of anticipated management decisions and policies , 2) overview of existing plans and budget allocations, and 3) prioritization of special study areas over the next five years.
The MYP meeting was followed by the fourth quarter Steering Committee Meeting from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Lawrence Leung and Meg Sedlak reviewed the budget status; Meg presented the 2014 Program Plan and the plan was subsequently approved by the SC; the SC then discussed possible Annual Meeting and workshop topics for 2014.
